Pick the look for your sauce

Three BOPP films, each available in gloss or matte. All three stand up to water, oil and the fridge.

Bright metallic silver

Metalized BOPP

A polypropylene film with a mirror-like silver finish. Colors printed straight on it pick up a metallic sheen, and white ink behind any area prints it as a solid color.

Good for

  • Premium hot sauces and gift sets
  • Brands that need to stand out on a crowded shelf
  • Small-batch and limited-edition flavors

Works on

  • Glass jars and glass bottles
  • PET and HDPE plastic bottles
  • Smooth, rigid containers

Design tip: plan which areas show silver and which get white ink, like the nutrition panel and barcode.

Bright white film

White BOPP

Our most versatile sauce label. A bright white base makes photos, bold color and small text print cleanly, and it's the film behind our hot-fill label rated to 212°F.

Good for

  • Everyday sauces, dressings and condiments
  • Full-color designs and food photos
  • Hot-filled sauces

Works on

  • Plastic squeeze bottles
  • Glass jars and bottles
  • PET and HDPE bottles

Design tip: the safest choice when you're not sure. It works on nearly every container we label.

No-label look

Clear BOPP

A transparent film that makes the design look printed right on the jar. The color of your sauce becomes part of the label.

Good for

  • Salsas, jams and colorful sauces
  • Clean, minimal designs
  • Craft and premium brands

Works on

  • Glass jars and glass bottles
  • Clear PET bottles
  • Smooth containers, so no air shows under the label

Design tip: add white ink behind text so it reads against dark sauce.

Hot fill

Labels for hot-filled sauces

Many sauces are bottled hot, often around 180–195°F, so they seal and keep safely on the shelf. The container stays hot, then sweats as it cools. Standard labels can bubble, wrinkle or slide off in that window.

  1. ~185°F

    Fill hot

Sauce goes into the jar or bottle hot.

  2. Hot

    Cap and invert

The hot sauce heats the cap and seals the container.

  3. Cooling

    Cool down

Condensation forms on the outside as it cools.

  4. Warm or cool

    Label

Some makers label warm, others wait. Tell us which you do.

  5. Shelf to fridge

    Sell and store

The label stays put on the shelf and in the fridge after opening.

Rated to 212°F

Our hot-fill construction uses a permanent acrylic adhesive built for heat, with a service range of -20°F to 212°F.

Conformable film

A flexible white polypropylene film follows the container as it cools, so the label doesn't wrinkle or lift.

Tested on your bottles

Send us your containers or ask for samples. Try them on a real hot-fill run before you order.
